A hypothetical magazine cover design for the cover story of "The False Promise of Alcoholics Anonymous" in The Atlantic. I photographed a lone man in destress to express how he feels alone and a failure for not being able to follow what is asked of him by Alcoholics Anonymous for recovery. The article suggests that it is actually the program failing the participants, not the other way around.
